Job Title: Barista

We are seeking a charismatic and skilled Barista to join our team at W Hotels Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for working in partnership with the BTWN Restaurant Management team to execute smooth and flawless operations as a Barista at W Sydney.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining proper restock and replenish for the venue, performing preventative measures to keep machines and equipment in working condition, and having a working knowledge of all food and beverages served in the restaurant.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and techniques
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
