Job Role Overview

You will be the voice of our brand across various social media channels, driving advocacy through every interaction with customers and prospects. Every post, tweet, or comment will be different, and you'll have the communication skills to handle all sorts of enquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support for a variety of issues and general enquiries across our social media channels
  • Detect and raise possible brand and reputational risks
  • Communicate in a unified and relatable brand tone across all interactions, posting in a range of social channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Think outside the box and provide customers with a tailored solution
  • Escalate trending complaints and assist with identifying solutions to issues
  • Adhere to verification processes to support prompt resolution of complaint and complex customer communications
  • Always be on the lookout to improve the way we work, and speak up with suggestions for a better way, with the aim of exceeding our customers' expectations
  • Protect the brand, reputation, and profitability by maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets and information systems
  • Familiarize yourself with policies and procedures, as well as completing any associated training, as communicated or made available on the intranet and learning systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • An interest in the world of social media and an understanding of the different social channels
  • Confidently multitask on a computer
  • A focus on customer service
