Your New Role And Responsibilities
Are you looking to Launch your career in Cyber Security?
In this End User Support Analyst role, you will build your cyber skill set in this new business program. This position is open to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander applicants as an equal opportunity measure under section 8(1) of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth).

This role offers a launchpad into cybersecurity with supported development and hands-on experience in the real world. In This Role, You Will Learn
Troubleshooting Devices and Software Issues
Provide IT support via phone, walk-up service, and ticketing system. Assist with TechBar operations and face-to-face user support. Troubleshoot devices and resolve common hardware/software issues. Support and educate users on IT systems and tools. Deliver AV troubleshooting and VIP support as needed.

What You Will Bring
Passion for cyber security within the broader IT support landscape. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a user-focused approach. Willingness to learn and assist across diverse support functions. This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and obtain an NV1 level security clearance.
