About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals in a long-established medical clinic in Albury Wodonga. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational requirements of running a professional medical centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception team workflow, lead, and support to manage patient appointments, greet clients, take rebooking's and payments.
- Appointment scheduling
- Billing procedures
- Privacy and quality controls of patient files and notes
- Engagement and management of third parties
- Support Management team with reporting and ad hoc tasks
- Ensure all staff, patients and visitors follow Covid-19 health regulations.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in medical practice management or a similar field. You should have demonstrated people management skills, experience with recruitment, staff training and development, and understanding of financial management of a medical business, including Medicare rebates.
