About the Role

The Collection Officer is a key position within our client's finance department, responsible for processing a high volume of invoices and working with residents to ensure all invoices are settled. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex accounts receivable transactions and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and accurate accounts receivable services to a high volume of residents, ensuring outstanding balances are promptly addressed.
  • Handle complex accounts receivable transactions and inquiries with precision, adhering to strict quality standards and company procedures.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and meeting performance targets.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding payment processing and account status.
About You
  • 3+ years' experience in Collections
  • Experience with high volume of collections
  • Experience dealing with difficult situations
  • Available for immediate start is ideal
  • Intermediate knowledge of excel
