Cafe Manager Opportunity

This role will oversee the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Key responsibilities include food creation and preparation, leadership of the cafe team, ongoing development of the cafe menu and services, as well as financial management and cost control.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Cafe All-Rounder in a similar venue
  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude, good work ethic, team player and communication skills
  • A passion for hospitality, healthy food, coffee and customer service
  • Reliable and have current RSA or willing to obtain
  • Australian work rights (valid for at least 12 months)
