About the Cafe Manager Role

Our ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a cafe, ensuring smooth service and delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

  • This includes managing daily cafe operations, such as inventory management, staff training, and workflow efficiency.
  • The successful candidate will lead a team of up to 16 staff members, comprised of both junior and senior team members.

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience as a Cafe Manager in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team to deliver outstanding service and create exceptional experiences.
  • Overseeing daily cafe operations, including inventory management, staff training, and workflow efficiency.
  • Fostering a positive and engaging work environment, actively supporting their team during peak periods.

In addition, we require the following skills and qualifications:

  • A proven ability to manage a team of up to 16 staff, including junior and senior members.
  • Strong barista skills and the ability to step in during busy service periods.
  • Experience in inventory management, stock ordering, and rostering.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a vision for building a cafe that stands out.
