Job Title:

A leading accounting firm is seeking an experienced Manager to join their taxation team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for direct liaison with a portfolio of individual clients, collecting required information to prepare tax returns and adding files to the document management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients to gather necessary documents and information for tax return preparation
  • Supervising a small team of accountants, reviewing drafted returns and providing feedback
  • Working to meet targeted performance metrics

About You:

  • Advanced knowledge of individual taxation laws and regulations
  • Experience in managing and mentoring small teams
  • Proficiency in Xero Tax and Xero Practice Manager
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency and tax software such as Koinly or CryptoTax Calculator
