About the Role

As a Group Membership Administrator, you will be responsible for retaining members through every call and contact made while providing membership administration support.

We are looking for someone who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service, who is outgoing and loves to engage with members. You're someone who loves exceeding targets, finding solutions to problems, and is well-organized.

About You

  • You will need experience in customer sales and/or retention environments.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Well-developed negotiation and objection handling skills are crucial.
  • Working in a team environment is expected.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Reporting capabilities and Excel know-how are necessary.
  • An excellent track record working with KPIs and targets is required.
  • Handling debt collection and membership-based administration is a key responsibility.
  • High-level verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport are essential.
  • Attention to detail and achieving results are crucial.
