We are currently seeking a strategic leader to fill a newly created role within our Market Access team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of value frameworks for our product portfolio and generating real-world evidence to support market access initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and experience working with payers and other stakeholders to develop and implement market access strategies. They will also possess excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute value frameworks for our product portfolio
  • Generate real-world evidence to support market access initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement market access strategies
  • Lead the Market Access team and build a best-in-class team and succession pipeline

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in HEOR
  • Strong background in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR)
  • Experience working with payers and other stakeholders to develop and implement market access strategies
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
