About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Compliance Manager to lead the implementation of our compliance and reporting strategy, ensuring alignment with legislative, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

This role involves developing and delivering training programs to enhance awareness and accountability across the organisation, as well as preparing detailed compliance reports for senior committees and supporting regulatory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain effective compliance systems, processes, and procedures.
  2. Coordinate regular audits and risk management reviews.
  3. Design and deliver training programs to enhance organisational awareness and accountability.
  4. Prepare detailed compliance reports and support regulatory reporting requirements.
  5. Manage incidents and breaches, working closely with stakeholders to strengthen controls and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in compliance, preferably within a regulated environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with risk management, privacy, or cybersecurity concepts.
  • Organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to recommending solutions.
