Expert Cavity Wall Plaster Installation Specialist

As a skilled installer with expertise in fibrous insulation and cavity wall plastering, you will be part of a dynamic team providing exceptional services throughout Western Australia.
You will receive comprehensive induction and ongoing support to ensure you excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough pre-job site inspections
- Vacuum roof spaces efficiently and effectively
- Inspect roof and ceiling damage to identify areas requiring attention
- Evaluate completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Cut and install insulation materials accurately
- Drill walls for wall insulation installation while adhering to safety protocols
- Plaster walls and ceilings to Australian Building Code standards
- Provide training on the Stewart Energy Fibremaster Supafill machine to team members
- Calculate insulation volume required for optimal energy efficiency
- Determine drilling configurations for cavity walls
- Clean gutters and install leaf stoppers and ventilators as needed
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Excel in communication skills to ensure effective collaboration
- Demonstrate determination, tenacity, and resilience in challenging situations
- Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to work diligently
- Possess experience in insulation installation
- Hold a full driver's license
