Project Leadership Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned construction professional to take on a leadership role in project delivery.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects with full teams, reporting directly to the NSW General Manager and Managing Director. The ideal candidate will work closely with a knowledgeable local management team that has a deep understanding of the construction landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement and methodology, programming, budgeting, project reporting, and issue resolution on site with clients and subcontractors.
  • Take ownership of project delivery, shaping project planning and execution, and lead full site teams.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or Civil Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or Project Director in a Tier 2 construction environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver construct-only and design & construct projects in the education and hospitality sectors, valued up to $40M.

The salary range for this role is aligned with industry standards, with figures ranging from $250K to $280K expected based on experience.
