The Customer Service Representative is a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experience by providing responsive, high-quality service and accurate information to staff and customers via multiple channels of interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer care by providing professional, helpful, high-quality service to customers through various communication channels.
  • Process, track and monitor customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback where required.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by providing positive support to colleagues.
  • Evaluate and capture all customer complaints via the CRM system.
  • Achieve established service level agreements and KPIs to drive organisational and departmental success.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle complex customer interactions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to developing strong working relationships
  • Experience with Salesforce would be highly beneficial
  • Show initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and Police check
  • Proficiency in using corporate systems for daily tasks
