Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Service Representative is a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experience by providing responsive, high-quality service and accurate information to staff and customers via multiple channels of interaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer care by providing professional, helpful, high-quality service to customers through various communication channels.
- Process, track and monitor customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback where required.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by providing positive support to colleagues.
- Evaluate and capture all customer complaints via the CRM system.
- Achieve established service level agreements and KPIs to drive organisational and departmental success.
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle complex customer interactions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to developing strong working relationships
- Experience with Salesforce would be highly beneficial
- Show initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and Police check
- Proficiency in using corporate systems for daily tasks
