About the Role

• Lead the design and delivery of a high-quality Kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF and VEYLDF

• Foster strong relationships with children and families through inclusive and engaging practice

• Implement intentional teaching strategies and maintain detailed documentation of learning and progress

• Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and contribute to continuous quality improvement

• Ensure compliance with all National Quality Standards and state regulations

• Inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child

What You'll Need

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• Current VIT Registration (Victorian Institute of Teaching) – Mandatory for this Kindy role

• VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates

• Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training

• Strong understanding of EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS and Kindergarten program requirements

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• A commitment to delivering a play-based, inquiry-led learning environment
