Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Nightlife Bar Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating memorable experiences, and ensuring the smooth operation of our bar area.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Mixing and serving drinks according to standard recipes
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
  • Checking identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately
ResponsibilitiesBar Staff

You will work closely with our bartenders to create innovative cocktails and provide exceptional service to our guests. Your duties will include:

  • Mixing and serving drinks according to standard recipes
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
Floor Staff

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the club floor, providing support to both guests and team members. Your duties will include:

  • Greeting and seating guests promptly
  • Taking orders and delivering food and drinks efficiently
  • Cleared tables and maintaining cleanliness in the club area
Door Staff

You will be responsible for the safety and security of our guests and venue. Your duties will include:

  • Checking IDs and managing guest entry
  • Ensuring compliance with venue policies and regulations
  • Monitoring crowd behavior and addressing any issues promptly
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or nightlife is preferred but not required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to work late nights and weekends
