We are seeking a highly skilled hospitality professional to lead our bar team in Adelaide's iconic venues.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing staff and events with over 600 delegates, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bars across all four venues: Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Coopers Stadium, and The Drive.
  • Perform general bar duties, including set up and pack down for future and current events.
  • Train and mentor new staff members.
  • Maintain accurate stock control and perform regular stock takes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a great rapport with the team and senior management.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and key dates (concerts, football, etc.).
  • Ability to attend training sessions as required.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor staff.
  • Positive attitude and quick thinking with problem-solving skills.
  • Holding a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and a Responsible Person badge.
