Job Description

We are seeking a skilled lawyer to join our leading Banking & Finance team in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will advise on high-profile and complex matters, including debt capital markets, securitisation, structured finance, project and infrastructure finance, and corporate finance transactions; both domestically and internationally.

This is an exceptional opportunity for lawyers with at least 4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in a Commonwealth jurisdiction, focusing on debt capital markets, securitisation and structured products and/or corporate finance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has:

  • At least 4 years' PQE in a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
  • A focus on debt capital markets, securitisation and structured products and/or corporate finance.
  • Experience in sophisticated transactions and the ability to work alongside leading professionals in the field.
