**Job Overview**:

The Department of Education seeks a highly skilled professional to lead the non-state schools accreditation and government funding eligibility process. This role requires strategic leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication skills.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage the non-state schools demonstration of compliance program, including analysis and assessment of plans and reports, preparation of recommendations and advice to NSSAB, and correspondence with schools on compliance outcomes.
  • Manage the non-state school accreditation assessment program and the unaccredited places program, including engagement and deployment of authorized personnel, training and briefing sessions, and serving as an authoritative point of reference for stakeholders.
  • Prepare correspondence between NSSAB and applicants and other parties as part of the accreditation, funding eligibility, and compliance processes.

**Requirements:**

This role requires a high degree of organization, ability to lead complex issues, and strong conceptual, analytical, and communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience in education, accreditation, or a related field.
