Job Overview

The Global Uniform Coordinator plays a vital role in day-to-day management and operational delivery of the uniform program. Key responsibilities include managing vendor engagement, monitoring stock levels, supporting the parent uniform subsidy program, and preparing regular financial and uniform performance reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless execution of daily operations for the uniform program.
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain accurate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
  • Support the parent uniform subsidy program by handling financial reconciliation and reporting.
  • Prepare regular reports on uniform financial and performance metrics.
  • Monitor website performance and coordinate changes with vendors as required.
Qualifications
  • Vendor management experience, including stock tracking and supply chain coordination.
  • Financial acumen, including account reconciliation, subsidy management, and accurate financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving parent queries and operational issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with technology platforms, including MS Office, online ordering systems, and inventory management software.
  • Experience with website performance monitoring and content management.

  • Previous experience in operations, procurement, or vendor management (education or retail sector preferred).
  • Experience in financial reporting and account reconciliation.
