Your role will involve planning and delivering exceptional patient care every day, working closely with our team to ensure the highest standards of care are met. With your wealth of experience in cardiothoracic or critical care nursing, you'll be a pivotal player in our team's success.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus benefits including:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Current AHPRA & BSN Registration required; MSN preferred
  • Minimum 3 years full-time experience in Cardiothoracic or Critical Care Nursing
  • BLS & ACLS certification required. CCRN or CSC certification is a plus
  • Excellent clinical skills with a strong emphasis on patient safety and quality care
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-focused approach
  • Current Police Check, NDIS, and WWCC
  • Current Flu and COVID Vaccinations
  • 3 reference checks from line managers
