About The Opportunity
As a highly skilled Carpenter, you will play a vital role in the construction process for high-end residential projects across Metropolitan Sydney. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Potentially supervising an apprentice and ensuring they receive adequate training and guidance.
- Working independently and unsupervised to meet project deadlines.
- Reading and constructing directly from off-the-plan construction drawings with precision and accuracy.
- Maintaining a high quality of service from start to finish, adhering to company standards and expectations.
- Maintaining a safe environment by strictly adhering to company OHS policies and procedures.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A valid White Card and Certificate III in Carpentry, demonstrating their expertise and qualifications in the field.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality work, showcasing their attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- A current Driver's Licence and Standard Induction Card, enabling them to navigate job sites efficiently.
- Experience in reading and interpreting construction drawings, allowing them to bring designs to life.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients, fostering positive relationships and ensuring smooth project execution.
