The Department of Justice and Community Safety seeks a Client Services Officer to support the Tobacco Regulation Project.

This critical role will contribute to the establishment and ongoing management of client services functions within the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in setting up the regulator's call centre to facilitate client services operations.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service via a centralized phone number and email address.
  • Provide consistent, accurate information in response to enquiries, and resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An ability to interpret customer enquiries and provide relevant information based on applicable legislation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in inbound/outbound call management within a customer-centric environment.
  • Experience in using content or call management systems is desirable.
