Senior Early Childhood Educator

This role entails working in a permanent, full-time position as an experienced Early Childhood Educator. You will be responsible for creating a supportive environment that promotes the cognitive, physical, emotional, social and intellectual wellbeing of all children.
Main Responsibilities- Identify and cater for individual learner needs and maintain child safety at all times.
- Provide guidance and support to parents regarding their child's progress and development.
- Participate in the creation, development and evaluation of educational programs.
- Stay informed about current trends and developments in early childhood education.
- Cert III in Early Childhood Education (or ACEQUA equivalent).
- Up-to-date first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma management qualifications.
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee).
- Current Mandatory Reporting for Early Years (or willingness to undertake training).
- Right to work in Australia.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a permanent Early Childhood Educator position.
- Ability to implement flexible routines and experience with progressive mealtimes is ideal.
- Strong pedagogical knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum and EYLF; adaptable and team-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
