We are seeking an experienced Console Operator to join our team at OTR Mannum, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming store environment for our guests. About the Role:

As a Console Operator, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, ensuring that our guests feel valued and supported. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly and efficient service to customers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Operating the console, managing transactions, and processing payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste responsibly.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales growth.

About You & Your Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also need to be able to lift moderate weights and stand for long periods. Additionally, you must be willing to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
