This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at OTR, a leading convenience retail network in Australia. As a Console Operator, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the store is always clean, stocked, and welcoming for our guests.

About the Role

In this fast-paced position, you will be focused on delivering outstanding customer service while working collaboratively with your team. You will be responsible for managing store operations, including handling cash transactions, maintaining a high level of stock accuracy, and promoting our wide range of products and specials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization within the store
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and manage store inventory
  • Promote our products and services to drive sales and growth
About You

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent communication skills, are comfortable working independently, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.
