A renowned organization, HealthcareLink Support, seeks an exceptional Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join their innovative team in Regional NSW. This exciting opportunity allows you to work with a diverse caseload of clients, including musculoskeletal, sports and post-surgical rehabilitation, aged care/DVA, work cover and motor accident claims.
About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding position for a skilled physiotherapist who thrives in a dynamic environment. Your primary responsibilities will include providing treatment, education, and rehabilitation services across various programs, establishing relationships with clients, families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize client outcomes. You will also supervise and manage Hydrotherapy, Gym, and Pilates-based rehabilitation, maintaining electronic patient records, holding individual and group rehab sessions, and conducting Child Related Employment and Disability Services employment screenings.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a highly competitive salary package, including up to $100,000 per annum, plus superannuation, travel allowance, relocation assistance, and flexibility to work 9 days fortnightly. Our comprehensive benefits package includes retention and bonus incentives, visa sponsorship, and the opportunity to work from home occasionally.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and hold current full AHPRA registration. Preferred candidates will have at least 2-3 years of private practice experience, a National Police Certificate, and a valid driving license. You should also demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills, enabling you to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
