Project Manager Role

About the Job

You will work closely with clients and project managers to manage leads, scope opportunities, and coordinate with the estimation team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating timely submission of tenders and quotations
  • Following up and communicating with internal and external customers throughout tender/live projects
  • Full ownership of sales pipeline for your team
  • Assisting in the successful management of live projects, dealing with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project life cycle

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Regular reporting concerning project status by coordinating with internal departments
  • Coordinating permits and safe work method statements/other safety requirements for installation of projects
  • Assisting project managers to procure materials and raising purchase requests
  • Coordinating timely completion packs and invoicing following installation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A good understanding of signage or a related field (highly regarded)
  • A construction background would be an added advantage
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and cost and management software
  • Solid communication skills and ability to support team members
  • A friendly team approach
  • Ability to work within tight time frames and a passion for successfully delivering projects
