Position Overview

We are currently in search of a meticulous and experienced Inventory Management Specialist to oversee inventory operations at our Laverton facility. This role is pivotal in enhancing our profitability by ensuring precise inventory control and product integrity while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate inventory data to determine stock requirements, ensuring optimal levels in collaboration with clients.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular physical counts and cycle audits.
  • Proactively identify and resolve inventory discrepancies to minimize disruptions.
  • Track and report on inventory metrics, focusing on damaged goods, returns, and adjustments.
  • Process stock transactions in accordance with client reconciliation standards.
  • Communicate regularly with both internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment.
  • Consistently follow Linfox’s policies and safety management systems.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a driven and analytical professional with a strong background in inventory management. Key qualifications include:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in inventory management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication abilities, capable of engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
