Operations Manager for Premium Fashion Stores

As an experienced retail professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and management staff at our flagship store and two other locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Foster a positive work environment, coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized styling advice and ensuring their needs are met with sensitivity.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to align on visual merchandising standards and ensure premium product presentation across all locations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior retail management, preferably in premium fashion or beauty.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
