- Formal qualification in a maintenance trade discipline or demonstrated relevant experience.
- 2+ years' post-trade experience and proven competency in a similar position.
- Capacity to effectively service a range of technical safety products.
- Exposure to delivering product training for a variety of users.
- Experience with technical documentation and diagrams, comprehending technical problems presented by customers, and providing effective solutions.
- Well-versed in effectively articulating company and product information to customers.
- Working knowledge of routine arithmetic calculations and pricing structures to complete quotations.
- Proficient in various computer software, including Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exemplary understanding of compliance rules, with a proactive mindset and the ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards.
- Strong customer focus, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and task management skills.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
