About the Role:
Damascus College seeks a leader to drive strategic growth and innovation. As Ballarat's only Catholic co-educational secondary college, we offer a unique environment for collaboration and pastoral care.
The successful candidate will bring experience in leading multi-business services portfolios and expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, and capital works projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic growth initiatives and improve student outcomes
- Collaborate with the Principal and Leadership Team to seize opportunities and drive innovation
- Develop and manage medium-to-large sized capital works projects
- Foster a culture of collaboration and empowerment within the team
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Commerce with CPA or CA designation
- Significant accounting and management experience in a diversified medium-to-large organisation
- Extensive experience in successfully leading multi-business services portfolios
- Proven background in strategic thinking, planning, and forecasting
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the ethos of Damascus College as a Catholic school in the Mercy and Diocesan tradition
