Job Title: Community Site Coordinator

This is a dynamic leadership role that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee daily site activities and manage a team of support workers.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to motivate and guide their team, and make a lasting impact on the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end management of a community site, including personalised planning and development for individuals with disability.
  • Team Development: Develop a team environment where employees can identify and solve problems to ensure effective support delivery.
  • Supervision: Supervise Support Workers to maintain effective site operations and mitigate operational challenges.
  • Agreements and Products: Develop, implement, and review person-centred agreements and products for new and existing individuals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is essential.
  • Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience in managing site-based services within the Disability Sector, particularly in Community services support for people with disability.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Demonstrated experience in coaching individuals with complex requirements to achieve set outcomes and desired behaviours.
  • Knowledge and Understanding: Strong knowledge and understanding of National Standards Disability Services, Quality & Safeguarding Framework, disability services provision, and NDIS.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Required Checks: This role requires a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.
