Business Intelligence Data Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Data Specialist. This position will focus on integrating, formatting, and presenting relevant analyses and data visualizations to effectively communicate results, findings, and recommendations to various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing data engineering assets and scalable feature engineering frameworks to support diverse business units and internal data science activities. They will also be responsible for expanding data platform capabilities by identifying, sourcing, and integrating new data to resolve complex data problems and challenges.
A key aspect of this role will be to identify, design, and implement process improvements, such as automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability. The selected candidate will be expected to collaborate with the data services team to promote a DevOps culture and implement solutions adhering to architecture best practices.
