Salary

A competitive salary with a base rate of AU$120,000 per annum, plus an industry-leading 20% quarterly bonus on base, and additional bonuses. The total estimated annual compensation package is approximately AU$144,000.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Provide support for clients to restore their functional performance, identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers, liaise and coordinate with stakeholders, conduct assessments, collaborate with treatment providers, develop graduated return-to-work plans, and case manage complex physical and psychological issues.

About the Role: This senior leadership position plays a pivotal role in shaping rehabilitation journeys, guiding and mentoring team members, providing advocacy and education, and ensuring comprehensive care for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiology
  • Full AHPRA or ESSA Registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
