Nido Banksia Grove is seeking a visionary educator to lead and shape the learning journey of young minds. Drawing inspiration from the Reggio Emilia Approach, we deliver contemporary educational practices that foster holistic growth and development. Responsibilities
  • Lead best practices in early childhood education by implementing innovative approaches and strategies
  • Coach, mentor, and reflect with educators to deliver effective curriculums and environments that promote student outcomes
  • Sustain a collaborative team environment that fosters positive relationships and achieves collective goals
About the Role

A small 62-place service located close to local amenities, offering a range of facilities and services to support children's growth and development. Cares for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 3 rooms and 2 outdoor play areas. Strong management team to guide your career progression.

About You
  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (Essential)
  • Experience in a Lead Educator or educational leader role within childcare
  • Willingness to support and guide the team
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Contribution to exceeding outcomes for children and educators
