Surgical Endorsed Enrolled Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our Surgical team on a part-time basis. As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the wider healthcare team.
- Deliver safe, research-based standards of nursing care to individuals or groups under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to support patient care needs.
- Act as a role model for safe practice.
- Administer medications according to state law and organisational policy.
- Have demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum 1 year acute experience.
- Med and IV endorsed.
- Commitment to quality patient care.
- Compliance with ACSQHC National Standards.
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
