Surgical Ward Enrolled Nurses

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team in a busy 28-bed Surgical Ward. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a diverse and rewarding clinical environment, with the support of experienced colleagues, modern facilities, and ongoing professional development programs.
- This role involves delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
- You will be working in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating effectively to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Delivering patient care that meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant authorities.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
- A current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurses).
- Enrolled nurses will be medication endorsed and IV qualified.
- Recent acute care or surgical ward experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including night shifts.
- A competitive hourly rate ranging from $41.89 - $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications.
