Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as guaranteed hours close to home for our permanent part-time employees.

Job Description

As an Aged Care Support Specialist, your day will involve:

  • Providing domestic assistance to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers
  • Assisting with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating habits
  • Offering social support and access to lifestyle activities to combat loneliness and isolation
  • Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to maintain independence
  • Supporting customers with complex care needs, such as dementia, through tailored care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • The ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems
  • Availability to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday
