We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic café specialist to join our team.
- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and manual brews, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage cash handling and operate a point-of-sale system with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols and ensuring a pleasant environment for customers and colleagues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
