Café Experience Specialist

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced professionals to join our front-of-house team at Thrive Café in Noosa, QLD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always
- Prepare foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers
- Welcome customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and handling standards
Requirements:
- Experience as a Barista, with food handling and customer services
- Knowledge of legislated requirements under the Food and Beverages Act
