Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead our online presence in Sydney.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Campaign Development and Execution: Develop and implement plans to enhance and maintain our social media presence, identifying and leveraging promotional opportunities. Monitor and report the performance of all digital marketing initiatives and assess against goals.
  • Market Research: Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance accordingly. Brainstorm new growth strategies and promotional opportunities through digital marketing. Conduct competitor analysis and brand positioning research.
  • Strategy and Planning: Engage in business development, provide advice, develop marketing objectives and initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams, particularly sales, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Content Creation and Management: Marketing coordination. Implement and ensure execution of plans and initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise messaging across the website. Write copy for and design marketing materials to be used in digital marketing campaigns. Coordinate with external suppliers to generate ad hoc marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in a marketing role
