Education Leader Opportunity

As an Education Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs in our Early Years setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the lives of young children and lead a team to achieve better outcomes for their future.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, with a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
  • Developing and implementing educational plans that meet the needs of each child.
  • Monitoring and assessing child progress and adjusting educational plans accordingly.
