Key Responsibilities
The Response Network consists of trained professionals providing in-person assistance to members who require help. This role involves critical thinking, empathy, and a strong desire to assist others. You will work in a flexible, 24-hour on-call roster as part of the casual Response Network.
You will also collaborate with the Response Network Manager to develop stakeholder relationships, implement training initiatives, and provide input to operational procedures and network management.
Requirements
We seek experienced individuals from the military, law enforcement, mental health sector or emergency services industries who are passionate about supporting people in need. You must have:
- Proven experience working in high-pressure environments;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Familiarity with crisis management principles;
- Current certification in first aid and CPR;
- Valid driver's license;
- Candidates must possess a valid security clearance.
