**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Microservices API Developer to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient microservices-based applications using Java and AWS services.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Java and AWS API Gateway

• Implement and manage AWS Lambda functions and integrate them with AWS API Gateway

• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS services such as SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, and Kinesis Data Streams

• Manage API access using AWS Cognito user pool and IAM

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions

• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in cloud-based applications

• Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and technologies

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase

**Requirements**

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Java, microservices, and REST APIs

• Good knowledge and working experience of using CI/CD pipelines and tools in a DevOps environment

• Excellent knowledge and experience of AWS services, including Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, Kinesis Data Streams, and S3

• Experience in creating CloudFormation and SAM scripts

• Experience in log analysis using ELK/CloudWatch logs

• Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions

• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to scale up for new challenges with a can-do attitude
