Centre Director

We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our centre and drive its success.

This role involves delivering a bespoke learning program, building and encouraging a talented team of professionals, and working with the team to plan for the future of the centre.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a tailored learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
  • Develop and motivate a skilled team of early learning professionals, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Work with the team to create a strategic plan for the centre's future growth and financial performance

The successful candidate will have a Diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education (or be working towards it), experience in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services, and proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
