Job Overview

The Senior Information Manager will lead the way in driving innovation, security and operational excellence. This role is responsible for leading the future of OT, IT and Cyber across our corporate office and mine sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion a strong focus on safety, people, clients and performance.
  • Develop and deliver an IT & OT strategy aligned with business goals and future growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing technology team, providing mentoring, training and support.
  • Oversee daily IT operations, vendor relationships and supplier contracts.
  • Ensure security, reliability and compliance of all IT/OT systems, data and infrastructure.
  • Drive continuous improvement through policies, reporting and performance insights.
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning to safeguard critical systems.
  • Stay across emerging technologies and industry best practices to deliver innovation and competitive advantage.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in IT management, ideally within mining or heavy industries.
  • Proven leadership skills, able to motivate teams and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and report-writing skills for all business levels.
  • Experience planning, designing and implementing multiple IT projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of IT/OT systems, infrastructure, SAP (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Concur) and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, change management and risk assessment.
