Project Coordinator Role
\The Operations Officer plays a vital role in supporting the design and development of project planning, methodologies, and documentation. This involves collaborating with other departments across all business areas to produce timely and solution-focused outcomes on designated projects that enhance customer satisfaction, staff engagement, and organisational success.
\This position requires an in-depth knowledge and understanding of government policies and contractual obligations that underpin regulatory frameworks. The successful candidate will ensure seamless project implementation consistent with contractual agreements and requirements, including monitoring and reporting standards.
\The Operations Officer will work closely with the team to deliver key project milestones and outcomes. They will also work with the Operations Unit Lead and other stakeholders to develop and implement project and associated business strategies and tools that monitor and evaluate projects, including risk management, benefits realisation, and quality measures.
\Effective working relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management are crucial to ensure stakeholder engagement and project deliverables.
\Key Requirements:
\Sound knowledge of the disability sector and NDIS framework.
\At least 3 years of experience in leading and executing project plans.
\A Certificate IV or higher in project management or a related field.
\Strong project administrative skills, time management, coordination of tasks, and efficient work practices.
\Demonstrated experience in delivering effective change management strategies.
\Leadership and complex stakeholder management experience.
\High-level interpersonal communication skills for presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
\
