Company Overview: CSG Talent is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a leading conveyor belt supplier OEM, we provide top-quality solutions to tier 1 mining clients. Our dedication to delivering reliable, high-performance products supports some of the biggest mining operations in the world.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key tier 1 mining clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities to expand product and service offerings within existing accounts and develop new business within the mining industry.
- Work closely with technical teams to provide clients with tailored solutions that improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Regularly visit client sites to maintain strong relationships, understand their operational needs, and provide ongoing support.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the mining or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of conveyor belt systems and their applications in mining operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel regularly to client sites and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
