We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Integration Specialist to join our team at The University of Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering advanced solutions that meet the requirements of complex integration and interoperability projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead integration activities, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and operations of system interfaces and APIs.
  • Collaborate with internal/external support teams on incident resolution, manage team performance, mentor staff, and establish key performance indicators.
  • Oversee external partners to ensure compliance with governance frameworks, best practices, and standards for integration platforms and implementations.
  • Provide technical and governance advice to stakeholders, assist with budget preparation, team processes, SLA management, and participate in strategic planning.
